Should never have been charged the first time ...based on the video evidence and statements at trial...
Hope he gets off...exonerated...and the slag is hit with a civil lawsuit for damages for ruining his career...Millions sought in damages...which of course she cannot pay...

Was her who cried rape though penners.
Only 3 people know what truly happened, but my female boss (ex-partner at my law firm) said at the time from the evidence disclosed, that it looked highly unlikely that anything happened other than the bird being embarrassed by her actions.
See what happens after this trial before slagging her off though, I'd agree on that as rape is fucking disgusting.

She never claimed rape. She went to the police because she thought her drink had been spiked. Nothing showed up in the tests although she did test positive for cocaine.
If Evans and the other fella had denied having sex with her that would have been the end of it. It was their honesty that took it to trial.

So, the fella got sent to prison for rape, conviction quashed and is now being retried for rape. But the slag didn't accuse of rape? If she didn't allege rape how the fuck is he being tried for a.second time? So the CPS have cried rape on her behalf? Even though we're being told she didn't cry rape? That's a pretty scary precedent

It is a terrible precedent.
Read up on what she had to drink. Have a look at the CCTV of her entering the hotel.
Ask yourself if you've ever had slept with a bird who had had more to drink. Or who appeared more drunk.
If the answer is yes you're a rapist.
